Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope are defined in written proposals or contracts agreed between AspirePower and the client. Website content is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer.

Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation through our website does not create a binding contract. All service engagements require a signed agreement outlining scope, fees, and terms. We reserve the right to decline enquiries at our discretion.
6. Fees and Payment
Pricing displayed on our website and collection page is indicative and quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Final fees are confirmed in service agreements. Payment terms, including invoicing schedules and late payment penalties, are specified in individual contracts.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during consultations and service engagements. Detailed confidentiality obligations are set out in our service agreements and non-disclosure agreements where applicable.
